We loved that the hotel was close to the airport yet felt peaceful. The lobby offered refreshing lemon and strawberry water, which was a nice touch. Staff were welcoming and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile.

Can't recommend highly enough for a transient visit

Cozy room, cozy amenities, with clean surroundings and well-maintained outdoor swimming pool that made my stay enjoyable.

stay enjoyable. We loved the 24/7 access to ice and drinks, which was a nice touch. However, the layout of the suite felt a bit cramped at times and could benefit from larger furnishings.

The hot tub was murky and not working, which was a letdown after a long travel day.

absolutely dreadful experience. the pool heater was out, which woudl ve been nice to know before i booked. also, my toilet seat was loose and i had to fix it myself. a free upgrade would’ve been appreciated, but they overlooked that completely. the only redeeming quality was the location, but i’m not letting that slide. just couldn't give a good review.

i almost thought about giving a good review, but then i noticed the filthy hallways and the non-functioning pool heater. as someone who is use to a touch of luxury, i expected at least a complimentary gesture for these inconveniences. i certainly did not receive that, just like the broken luggage rack that made me question everything.

The room had a convenient kitchen setup for meals. Movie nights were fun for the kids, but the pool was dirty during our stay.

We enjoyed our time with the large breed dog at this lovely place. The beautiful backdrop of the Catalina Mountains while spending time outdoors was a highlight. It was also nice being just seven miles from Dell Urich Golf Course for some enjoyable rounds of golf.

My wife says that a ceiling fan in the room would’ve made a big difference. It would greatly help families stay cool during the hot nights here.

The hotel features a solid kitchen setup in the room, which is handy for preparing meals. The outdoor pool area boasts a nice design, making for a relaxing spot to unwind after a long day.

The furniture in my suite left much to be desired. the chair was torn and lacked cushioning, making sitting less than comfortable. Additionally, the 3rd floor was still undergoing updates, with floor baseboards missing and some wallpaper peeling off. Accumulated trash in the hallways was a bit off-putting, too, as it lingered from day to night without being addressed.

the air conditioning was loud. but the mini kitchen was great for snacks. the grocery options nearby made stocking it easy. enjoyed the evening social with a variety of drinks.
